My credit card was declined, but I'm still seeing a pending charge in my credit card
In case of credit card validation failed, your bank may show a pending charge
on your card, the bank will hold the fund temporarily for 2-3 business days, the pending charge will
be released back into your account within 3 business days (weekends not included) depending on your
bank or card issuer.

Is my credit card payment info secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are secured with SSL protocol. Using SSL helps to
encrypt the information so that the card details and all other sensitive data is protected. Also the
credit card processing provider we partner with is PCI compliant.
Why did my card get charged twice?
In case there is payment adjustment for a tip or extra charge, we will issue a
full refund first, then charge your card the second time for the adjusted amount.
Meanwhile, our system will send you a text message or an email to explain it. The sample text message
as showing below:

Is my credit card info stored in Qmenu system?
Absolutely Not! Once you submit the order, the credit card details are sent
directly to the credit card processing company, completely bypassing Qmenu servers. That's how Qmenu
can remain PCI compliant, so Qmenu will never
know your credit card information.

How do I cancel an order after I’ve placed it?
To cancel an ASAP pickup or delivery order, please call us at 404-382-9768 or call the restaurant directly. Make sure to call
right away, as we may not be able to cancel the order once the restaurant has made the food. Once the
order’s been cancelled, you’ll get another confirmation text message or email.
